The Villa consists of two stylish decorated bedrooms with each its own bathroom. Our Coco-mat beds, linen and towels, exclusively made from 100% natural materials, will make you dream on nature and enjoy the comfort of a natural product. The modern kitchen is fully equiped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The living is cosy with a comfortable corner couch, TV, Netflix and bluetooth audio system. The villa has air conditioning in every room and Free Wifi. Villa Ypsilon suits maximal 4 guests.
Magnificent view from pool and outdoor spaces
Villa Ypsilon has a breath taking terrace with wooden pergola, authentic handmade table, comfy corner couch and chairs; perfect to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner or watch the beautiful sunsets with a nice cocktail. The refreshing outdoor hydro pool with bamboo sunbeds and comfortable poufs is the place for endless relaxing moments at the pool and the perfect location to enjoy the sun during the day. Outside the main bedroom on the first floor there is a large balcony with a handmade, comfortable bamboo lounge set. A great place to enjoy a coffee or light breakfast in the morning or watch the stars at night, all in private atmosphere. From the guest room on the ground floor you have access to the back terrace to watch the sunrise with view on Mount Zas.

Chora
Chora Naxos is the town of the island. Arriving in the port of Naxos by ferry you will see the ancient Portara and the old town with the Venetian castle arise.The town has cosy narrow streets with boutiques, stores, galleries and a variety of bars and restaurants. Walk the streets, stroll along the boulevard and enjoy the authenticity and Greek vibes of the town
Villages
On Naxos you will find various authentic villages. Visit Chalki with the famous Kitron museum. Kitron is a delicious citrus liquor made on the island. Enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner under the famous Platan tree in Filoti or visit Aphyrantos, the marble village and visit the marble store or have a coffee with portokalopita (orange cake) at one of the cafe's with a spectacular view on the mountains.
Activities
Naxos offers a variety of activities. The beautiful beaches are famous for the variety of watersport activities like surfing, sailing, kitesurfing and diving.
The island has impressive mountains, like mount Zas and pristine nature.There are a many hiking path to discover the island. Visit archaeological sites like the temple of Dionysos and Portara. Do not forget the Naxos archeoligical museum.
About us
Live your dream
For many years we, Pascal (left) and Petros (right), have dreamed of having a house close to the sea on the beautiful island of Naxos. Petros family heritage is from Naxos. We both live in the Netherlands and have a special connection with the island.
In April 2019 we found our place, at that time still under construction. From the first minute we were in love with the house, the perfect location and the amazing view.
We decorated the house with unique furniture and decoration from all over the world to give Villa Ypsilon its own character, comfort and style. The natural colors and materials used, completes Villa Ypsilon with a real Greek summer feeling.
The 'Y' represents two people living one dream; Villa Ypsilon.
In spring 2022 we became owner of the house next to Villa Ypsilon: Beachhouse Omega Naxos.
Beachhouse Omega is decorated in the same style as Villa Ypsilon and has its own unique pieces which completes the house with a unique Greek summer feeling.
We hope you will enjoy and appreciate our houses as much as we do.
